Spagetthi bolognese

Real classic, here in a simplied version for lazy coders :-)

What you need to make this meal:

  • Spagetthi (~10 min cookingtime). Make a big load. Cost: $0.2
  • Minced meat. Cost: $0.5
  • A bit of cucumber. Cost: $0.1
  • Plenty of milk to drink and for the bolognese. Cost: $0.5
  • Cheap ketchup. Cost: $0.1
  • Heinz ketchup. Cost: $0.1
  • Some butter for fryingpan. Cost: $0.1
In total it costs $1.78 to make.

Coming up are some pictures to illustrate the cookingsteps. Please note that I'm doing a shitload of bolognese at once, as it's good to freeze and heat up in the micro later..

Beginning

Here's what you need to get started. Minced meat, fryingpan, spatula, tomato, cucumber, dual sausepans.

Starting up

Melt som butter in the fryingpan, and then start to fry the minced meat, be careful so you don't get big "chunks" of meat. Add salt and pepper, plus onion spices. I fyou like, real onions are just as good (or better) just a bit more todo then.

Last steps..

When the frying is done, pour over the meat in a big sausepan, here you add milk, a bit of cream and the cheap ketchup, let it cook and make the spagetthi at the same time.

Eat.

Incredible, it took a while but NAM NAM, it's worth it. And as I made a big load of bologenese and freeze it in portions, it's dead easy to make this more times.
